Select Resin is a proud provider of both polyurethane and epoxy resin floor coatings for industrial flooring and are two of the more common types of floor coatings. Both finishes are renowned for their durability and flexibility. 

Epoxy and polyurethane industrial floor coatings are two component solvent free non-tainting floor coatings which are normally applied at 450 microns with brushes, rollers and squeegees.

These products provide a tough durable floor finish in either gloss or matte and come in a wide range of RAL colours.

As Health and Safety is an important part of every working practice, Select Resin can colour coordinate flooring to show fork-lift routes, pedestrian paths and zebra crossings, hatchings and chevrons to show danger areas.

Aggregates or polyma beads can be incorporated with the epoxy resin to achieve varying degrees of slip resistance.

This type of resin flooring is ideal for warehouses, factories, light assembly areas,  commercial buildings and laboratories.

We also install polyaspartic coatings which are materials that can be applied at temperatures of -10f to 140f, it bonds easily to well-prepared concrete and can cure as quickly as half an hour, it is flexible enough to bridge small cracks. 

Due to these products fast curing times, it enables us to install some floors in one day which reduces the customer’s downtime.
